I could see you doing sets of 5 reps at 70% of the max and then 5 additional reps if you are at 80% which will give you a total of 7 reps. So let’s calculate. Your muscles need to lift 100 grams of muscle weight a year for this to be the minimum size to lift with ease. If you are at 70% of your body weight you will need to lift between 500 to 1,000 grams at 70% body weight a year to reach this goal.
